Gift of Strength - One Week $185 • Unlimited visits for 2 weeks • An Introduction to Starting Strength. Learn to squat, press, and deadlift. Great for a friend or family member that is new to barbell training or has been training without a coach. Comes with one free week of group training (three sessions).

Gift of Strength - Two Weeks $275 • Unlimited visits for 3 weeks • An intro to Starting Strength and two weeks of group training. Comes with a free Starting Strength shirt.
